Do you even know how much I heart narfna? I knew I was in for a treat when her name was on the paper that fell out of Salt Fat Acid Heat. Speaking of Salt Fat Acid Heat, I watched the 4 episode Netflix series and I recommend it, even if cooking shows aren’t your thing. Samin Nosrat is such a joy.
