Looking back on 2017… fondly?
2017 might have been a craptacular year in many regards, but there’s one thing that was awesome: you. Yes YOU! In total, 123 Cannonballers reviewed 4,146 books. That’s 30% more than last year. We’ve read nearly 25,000 books in AlabamaPink’s name since the beginning of CBR, and we’ve donated $3,000 to the American Cancer Society in her name.

I’m still alive! Almost three weeks into CBR10, and I’ve finally updated the data for both December and CBR9. How many times have you participated in CBR? Has it changed the way you read? CBR10 is my fourth go-round. Participating has definitely changed the way that I read! I read more, I read more deeply, and I also read more boldly. I am more open now about being (1) an avid reader and (2) loving the books that I love.
