I’ve never written a review for a book I didn’t finish but Between the Bridge and the River is an integral part of Cannonball Bingo and I still managed to gather together some thoughts that I hope to contribute to this weekend’s Book Club. However I cannot justifiably add it to my end of year book count so hopefully saying I am reviewing “0” books with this review keeps it from raising my total. Post your fave Craigy Ferg clips in the comments so we can have something nice to talk about instead :) #CBRBingo
I feel guilty about this book. I stumped for it pretty hard in the Book Club vote, based on how much I loved Craig Ferguson’s memoir, American on Purpose, and his stand up, and his stint on The Late Late Show. Ferguson in this debut is a version of creepy but lovable, which is a combination that worked very well for me in his stint as host of The Late Late Show and works less well in this book. I’m still struggling to wrap my head around what I read and what the heck he was after, […]
