Neymar: A Soccer Dream Come True

June 4, 2018 by BlackRaven Leave a Comment

Born in Brazil, Neymar da Silva Santos Joenior grew up imagining what it would be like to be a soccer player. As many kids who are fans of a sport, he would become the announcer, star and every player on the team as he played in his grandfather’s house. This book might get me fired today…..

January 16, 2017 by kella 3 Comments

I fell for it.  Even after reading all the 4 and 5 star reviews of this book, I still got sucked in and couldn’t put it down until I finished it at 2:30am.  Currently I’m fighting the exhaustion that may cause me to fall asleep at my desk and lose my job.  Thanks a lot, Kulti. A top book of the year – everything a sports romance should be

December 16, 2016 by Ellepkay 16 Comments

This book is in my top 5 for the year.  BethEllen lent it to me as soon as she finished it, I got 3 hours of sleep one night because I couldn’t put it down and my sick kids kept waking me up – so why not keep reading?, and I bought my own copy so I can reread at leisure. Soccer is my sport of choice.  I played for years and still love watching it.  My husband still plays several times a week and […]
