Seriously, I don’t even want to say anything about the book here, for fear of spoiling things. I’m not going to put a picture of the cover, I’m just going to say that the book completely blew me away. I kept being amazed at the things Butcher put poor Harry through in this book, and just the lengths to which he went to completely turn everything that had gone before on its head in this book. If you have read the book, and are curious about my opinion, go to my blog to read the review. Otherwise, just consider actually getting into the series, just so you can eventually get to this book and get the same experience I just did. I’d recommend starting around book 4. The first three are such hard work. Whatever you do, try to avoid any reviews of Changes before you read it. The more unspoiled you are, the better.

I loved this one!!! Even as I was going. “but, but, but….what about ______”
I just kept thinking: “It can’t get any worse now, surely.” And then it did.
Quick question – if I jump in at book #4, which number is this one?
Changes is book 12. I really struggled to get into the series, because I started with book one. I read about one a year, and only really read book 4 because I’d been given it as a present. Then I got an Audible subscription, and got book 5 as audio. I haven’t looked back since. The longer into the series you get, the more you get attached to Harry and all the other supporting characters (well, at least I did).
I’m so glad you liked this one! And I can’t wait to see what you think of Cold Days.
