It sounds really good. I’ve followed Jim Hines on Twitter for a couple of years, but I haven’t read any of his books yet. I have this apparently irrational fear that I’ll like him less if I read his books. I need to find my copy of Libromancer and get reading.

      I doubt you’d like him less :)
I started with his Princess novels, which are also really excellent, by the way, despite the less that ideal covers… and that led me to his blog, which is always interesting read. I’d been meaning to read the Goblin trilogy for a while now, since I knew he likes to skewer tropes a good deal. I wasn’t disappointed.
I had a little bit more trouble starting Libriomancer, actually. I guess I wasn’t in the mood for it at the time.
I’m reading a LOT of Fantasy lately, which is very unusual for me :b

I can get really weird about starting books for which I’ve built up expectations. And then I get mad at myself for not reading sooner. And congrats on the tweet from Mr. Hines.

Ha ha ! I do the same thing. I buy a book I really want to read and then I stall reading it for a while. Maybe it’s because I know that if I really like it, I’ll be sucked into it and it’s a sort of weird place to be at…
          I have a tweet ?! I went tout for groceries shopping, I didn’t see it !
*goes frantically in search of tweet !*
