You guys, I think I have a problem. I really, really enjoy reading super depressing books that make me feel horrible about everything. I’m pretty sure this is not normal or healthy, but I can’t stop. Books that make me cry, books that make me curse, books that make me want to scream. Even about things that happened seventy years ago. I still want to get mad and yell. Rose Under Fire is a sequel (of sorts) to Code Name Verity, which I read and love. This follow another girl pilot, the titular Rose, as she is captured and sent to a Nazi concentration camp. Fun for the whole family!

I felt this one didn’t have the strength of Code Name Verity but it was still very good. Glad you felt the same :)
