First book I’ve read that isn’t as good as the TV Show.

As a big Justified fan, and an even bigger reader, I was hopeful when I bought “Raylan” by the late Elmore Leonard. The wit is there, but I really disliked his writing style. Also, it seemed like 3 short stories were kind of combined to make a full length novel. This being the first Leonard book I’ve read, I’m not sure if all his books are written like this or not.
