I thought it was a 3 star but the ending changed it to 4 star
The Book of M is the first book by Peng Shepherd and it’s hard to classify. It’s sort of fantasy due to there being some magic. It’s kind of science fiction as it examines the human condition in a near future where human civilization has collapsed. I am so, so behind in my reviews, having read The Demolished Man easily over a month ago, so I’m raiding my increasingly decrepit memory bank for this review.
