#cbr10bingo Not My Wheelhouse This book was a gift from Malin during last year’s CBR book exchange. I had mentioned that I don’t read much in the Romance genre but would be interested in trying, and she sent The Hating Game, a favorite among Cannonballers. *Note: the first square that I filled on my bingo card was with a book from Malin, and the first review I wrote for CBR10 was for a book from Malin. Next bingo cards needs a square called “Malin Recommends”! […]
CBR Bingo: Not My Wheelhouse
There are not many genres I consider “Not in my Wheelhouse” but I don’t think I have reviewed a single kissing book during my time as a Cannonballer so I took to Twitter and the overwhelming suggestion y’all gave me was for The Hating Game. It is abundantly clear within the first chapter, so I don’t think that this is a spoiler, unless you are also oblivious… Basically, this is the story of two office mates with a lot of pent-up sexual frustration. I do not like romances or chic flicks, but I listened to this book on the advice of BethEllen. I will say, that it’s a cute story and some of the quips of the characters made me […]
