I follow a lot of authors on twitter. Every once in a while a bunch of writers will start talking about one book. A couple of months ago, that book was Jane Doe. I was scrolling through Twitter one day last week and happened on an author (@mel_thegreat) live tweeting her read of a romance novella by Suleikha Snyder (@suleikhasnyder), another romance writer I follow. I follow a lot of authors on twitter, and a large subset of those authors write romance. They are delightful. But back to the thread. I had seen the book advertised on Amazon for $.99, but hadn’t been motivated enough to buy it. Mel’s enthusiasm for the book and the bits of language she tweeted convinced me to go get it.
