Fangirl by Rainbow Rowell (22; 4.50)

The CBR database currently contains over 9,700 reviews for I don’t know how many individual books and authors. Maybe, one day, when I get caught up I’ll try to figure that out. I’ve input Goodreads info on almost 5,000 of these books, have the sex info on over 8,900 authors, and the country information on less than 4,000.

I’m still in the process of going back through CBR3, 4, and 5, along with various blogs for CBR1 and 2, not to mention the Pajiba reviews section of the mothership (though, I’ve only done a handful). I’ve set up a Google Docs that can be edited by anyone, in case any of you want to throw your hat in the ring and help with some of the older stuff. Don’t feel obligated, however. I know some of you have volunteered to help, so I thought I’d put that out there. I’m new to the whole “publishing a database for other people to edit” thing. If you want to assist (even if it’s only to add one book), I think I’ll need your email to give you permission. Or I’ve done the whole thing wrong and anyone can edit to their hearts content. I’ve just uploaded the first 5 Cannonballs, to make the database more manageable.

If anyone has suggestions for what else they want to see in the monthly stat round-up, just let me know.

I've been doing this since 2015, and though I'm not going to read a hundred books a year, I plan on doing this for the foreseeable future. I also maintain the Cannonball Read database, and make infrequent updates on our reading habits. View ingres77's reviews»
