Is it cheating to hold off on reviewing the rest of July in case anything I’m currently reading counts?
No. That’s fine. The bingo card and category explanation goes up next Wednesday.

Suddenly super glad I’m eight books and counting behind on my reviews. Although, I’m also a stickler for rules, so may not be able to put stuff I read in July on the card if the bingo officially kicks off in August.
Rule # 2 – Books must have been read during 2018.
As long as the review is posted during the game, tagged with cbr10bingo, and you identify the category the review fulfills, it counts.
So, a book I read in June, but review in August counts, but a book I read in June and posted in June doesn’t? I just want to make sure I understand. I am also a stickler for rules. :)
Correct. When you read a book is self reported, but when you post a review is public record. We are only counting reviews posted from August 1 to Nov. 30.
This is ok for me, as generally a month elapses between finishing a book and completing a review. Procrastination pays off! Insert YES fist pump gif here.

Since I plan out my reading schedule months in advance, I shall just have to cross my fingers that the books I’m reading will tick boxes. Or maybe just get a grip on my OCD or something. Probably the first thing.

Another one for Team Procrastination! I am posted up to 52, but I am currently reading Book 72. So, August 1 is going to be a BUSY day, I can already tell. This is going to be fun.
