TyburnBlossom's Reviews:

Just Let Annie Have Him

February 4, 2018 by TyburnBlossom 1 Comment

There are some authors whose work you can’t just sample and decide isn’t for you. I’ve struggled to get into King for most of my life and never finished one of his books. I got a Kindle copy of Misery on sale and finally decided that since I paid money for it, I’d better finish it. Besides, maybe I’d love it. How about that it’s set in an alternate history where there was no Civil War? Instead of the Civil War, there was a successful slave rebellion that led to the end of slavery in America? How about a late […]

Fifty Shades of Liveblogging Part II (with even more NSFW Language and an updated drinking game)

March 21, 2015 by TyburnBlossom 4 Comments

I already liveblogged reading Fifty Shades of Grey, wherein there was a lot of swearing and a drinking game was born. If you missed it, you can find it here. There’s…um…a lot more swearing this time. And an updated version of the drinking game at the end.
