Ben Aaronovitch did a really smart thing with Foxglove Summer, which was to de-escalate, take it down a few notches, and bring us back to basics. I come from a long line of German farmers who emigrated to Missouri. As such I feel strongly compelled to grow things in the dirt and turn those growing things into tasty consumables.
