Episode 1-10: Ain’t None Ya Muhfuhs Ever Heard Of Divorce?

https://killingmykindle.com/2018/03/12/episode-1-10-aint-none-ya-muhfuhs-ever-heard-of-divorce/ Wherein I Review: 32. Ill Will by Dan Chaon 33. The Stainless Steel Rat Wants You! (Stainless Steel Rat #7) by Harry Harrison 34. The Kind Worth Killing by Peter Swanson I’m all for murder mysteries, but damn, sometimes people just be killing the fuck out of each other with no remorse.  It’s twisty and turny, and for Dan Chaon’s bitterly Maury Povich levels of trauma.  If you dig Paula Hawkins and Ruth Ware, the Swanson is for you.  The Chaon might be for […]

People kept dying, so two narrators had to be replaced ?. The story starts out with two people meeting at an airport bar in London. Their flight back to Boston was postponed, so they started drinking and talking. Ted, our main character is some sort of business guy that just found out his wife is cheating on him with […]

The Kind Worth Reading On a Beach When You’re Kinda Drunk and Not Thinking Too Hard

February 24, 2017 by Lindzgrl 3 Comments

I added this book to my audiobook queue because it was recommended that if you liked Girl On The Train and Gone Girl you would also like this. It’s also supposedly in development to become a movie, but I read that same thing about The Lies of Locke Lamora about 20 years ago, and it STILL hasn’t happened and I’m STILL angry about it. Here’s the thing, I DID enjoy both GOTT and GG, and I can see why someone would recommend this […]
