The CBR database currently contains over 11,600 reviews for I don’t know how many individual books and authors. Maybe, one day, when I get caught up I’ll try to figure that out. I’ve input Goodreads info on 78% of these books, have the sex info on 96% of the authors, and the nationality of over 73% of the authors.

I’m still, of course, in the process of going back through CBR3, 4, and 5, along with various blogs for CBR1 and 2, not to mention the Pajiba reviews section of the mothership (though, I’ve only done a handful).

If anyone has suggestions for what else they want to see in the monthly stat round-up, just let me know. I’ve temporarily put the brakes on the Google Docs file for community edit.

If there’s something you want to know about the yearly information, just ask in the comments.

I've been doing this since 2015, and though I'm not going to read a hundred books a year, I plan on doing this for the foreseeable future. I also maintain the Cannonball Read database, and make infrequent updates on our reading habits. View ingres77's reviews»

    I love this!
And I’m not saying, I’m just saying I have the highest average page count for the year… no surprise, thanks to It, The Stand, and The Count of Monte Cristo!! ?

Even without those books, you still averaged 371 pages per book. That’s better than I did.

          LOL

I have a bit more cleaning up to do, but I plan on posting the yearly database to the web so everyone can view it. My hope is to get CBR6 and 7 finished this year, too.
